Posting: Our web site works with Australian post posting system so your shipping costs are done automaticly via australia post dependiing on your postcode. you can be 100% assured that you are getting the right delivery services for any item you choose from us.All though we understand no one is perfect and if for any reason you believe there is problem you can contat us and we will do in our power to help and fix th problem

Item arives Faulty:  We do accept this dose happen and if so.  you will be sent a new item, as long as you can show proof the the item was recieved faulty with a photo and Must contact us within 3 days of arival or 1 week of the  sent date. we reserve the right to request the faulty item to be posted back to us at buyers cost.

Item lost: If an item dose not arive in 10 days after payment  you should contact us and let us know so we can track it down for you, for any reason if the item dose not get to you after a 3 week mark, we will send you another one free of charge express post no questions asked.
